Please tell us your views on the Bill and explain why it will affect you.: I've been with my partner for 9 years and neither of us have a desire to get married. We're not religious and our relationship works fine as it is. However I've been recently diagnosed with cancer and naturally I want my partner to be financially secure when I'm gone. I've got a will but this legislation would help formalize stuff for us too.
