Please tell us your views on the Bill and explain why it will affect you.: Civil partnership should never have had to be created on the first place, however we're now in a day and age where civil partnership is common and the LGBT community can be married or partnered. As someone in the LGB bracket, I'm happy for everyone to be able to pick between marriage or civil partnership, no matter the sex or gender of both parties. We can't continue in Scotland by refusing equality in all paths of life. It should be the choice of the couple, not the law. It's an option that should be available for all, especially now same sex partners can be married. Equality is for all, not one.
