Please tell us your views on the Bill and explain why it will affect you.: I was horrified that the recent legislation does not apply to Scotland. My partner and i have been together for over 30 years and would like a civil partnership in line with our Humanist beliefs. I believe the church wields far to much power within Scottish Society and is a retrograde force, particularly with regard to marriage. Restricting civil partnerships to same sex couples is totally discriminatory.
