The main purpose of any Parliament is to pass legislation. We are trying out digital engagement to enable people to share their views on Bills, starting with the Civil Partnership Scotland Bill: https://engage.parliament.scot/group/2427. Participants can share their views on Bills and there are opportunities to host debates on aspects of Bills that require amendments.
