Please tell us your views on the Bill and explain why it will affect you.: Yes, why not? Marriage and civil partnerships should be open to any couple should they choose. If one applies to one and not all, it can hardly be said to be equal, can it? The decision to commit to either a marriage or civil partnership should be a decision for the couple not an institution...and that includes religious institutions. Im fully aware, however, that religious institutions use their beliefs to justify discrimination, so that could be a technicality that needs sorted out. Live and let live, as they say.
