Conversation Guidelines 1 Everyone has a chance to contribute and doesn't feel afraid to speak 2 Everyone listens to everyone else without judgement 3 Everyone is open minded, and if you disagree do it respectfully 4 If you don't understand something say so 5 Recognise more minds can solve more problems
