staff training and pupil sensitivity to looked after kids

ensuring that school staff have compulsory training with regards teaching young people (in the care system) who attend their school. The training is localised and often not adequate (or non-existent). This results in young people in care being inadvertently triggered by insensitive teaching or awareness that children in their class are in the care system and have special needs as a result of this.
