People from disadvantaged backgrounds don't feel that engaging with the Scottish Parliament is worthwhile.

I disagree with this finding. I would have to ask for clarification of the definition of disadvantaged background.? Surely reasons that people don't feel they want to engage ie. time, money, general ambivalence, etc apply to the whole spectrum of the public. There may be MSPs who have in their own past been brought up from a disadvantaged background.
