Using local media who already knows how best to engage. With such increased use of media for public information as well as video technology during COVID 19 there is an opportunity within the existing resources to enhance the positivity and perception of the Scottish Parliament in different communities to help improve participation. This could be achieved with specialist groups representing protected characteristics, or non profit organisations that can engage with low income local regions.
