Create a Sharepoint hub to act as a 'one-stop shop' for staff supporting scrutiny across clerking, SPICe, PACT and PCO. This could bring together existing and new guidance, case studies, checklists and other resources mentioned in the other comments. This could link to or integrate the PACT hub under development, but also include resources relevant to communication, research evidence, expert stakeholder engagement etc. This could usefully link to relevant learning and development opportunities.
This is a good idea - and would allow new and returning staff much more clarity on where to look for resources, not just for their office - and to understand what is available to others too.
