How does this impact on Community Wellbeing? People make Scotland! therefore our parliament, pupils + parents should have more control than the Property Developers currently courted by Labour /Tory Councils thru' urbanisation + PFI ! Why should the Committee focus on this as part of their future work? Because corrupt councils have retained a stranglehold on certain areas for decades + have had a negative impact on education + local communities!
Councils need much more scrutiny- unnecessary barriers are being put in place making it difficult for communities to carry out projects.
