It’s important that we start from our future to attempt to reduce fear, anxiety, bullying and suicide by promoting kindness regardless of race, creed, or stature
Kindness is the route to a multitude of positive self aware process and can only do good for the self and others but at the moment bullying is the word let’s reverse that to kindness
Let’s encourage respect for each other, and discourage bullying and racism. Our communities should be inclusive. There is still bigotry in Scotland and this kind of hate doesn’t belong in a progressive modern country
