How does this impact on Community Wellbeing? Would bring people and families together, share a common goal, inspire young and old. Provide purpose and progress. Why should the Committee focus on this as part of their future work? As long as PODS (groups of households in one area/street) are given the tools/information and some support they should be able to work together to help each other to start the work towards becoming a carbon neural house and street then they can help and advise other PODS.
