What change do you want to make now to address the climate change crisis? For every meter of street renewed, the same length of alternative, climate friendly supporting network has to be renewed. These could be cycle path, footpath... If this would be a requirement on all levels, these would benefit strongly and that in turn would encourage their use. What do you need to make this change?
