What change do you want to make now to address the climate change crisis? I wanted to install but planning permission was refused by Council. What do you need to make this change? We need easier planning application or no planning application required.
This is rather cryptic. Why is it here? Windmill? Do you mean wind turbine? I am a big supporter of wind power but there are places they shouldn't be put. Also, small wind power is very expensive and people have been ripped off by unscrupulous suppliers. Power yields are very low on micro turbine near buildings and there is a bat kill issue.
