What change do you want to make now to address the climate change crisis? Increase subsidies and grants for electric bikes. Currently there are many savings to be made by buying an electric car (no road tax etc) but hardly any if people want to buy an electric bike. Electric cargo bikes in particular can replace a car for many in cities for short journeys - but when they cost £2500+ people will just buy a car. Just offering interest free loans is not enough What do you need to make this change? Political will , people to change car dependency in cities.
