Employers need to create more traineeships and graduate schemes. A lot of younger people do not have the skills or experience required for half of the jobs advertised yet there is no way we can gain these skills or experiences without being employed. Traineeships tend to only be in trade jobs and graduate schemes seem to be in business or marketing, they’re limited. There needs to be more inclusiveness to include all job sectors in traineeships and graduate schemes without ridiculous expectation
