Girlguiding Scotland Speak Out Champions - Since COVID hit there have been more people competing for part time or seasonal jobs including people who have been made redundant or furloughed. It was already hard to find an employer who would take on a young person without experience but now we have to compete against more people for these types of jobs who are older and more experienced so we have even less chance now.
