Stop asking people to put their age on job applications

Girlguiding Scotland Speak Out Champions - A lot of jobs you apply for seem to automatically dismiss you when you say you are under 18. I don't think employers should be allowed to know your age until they meet you at interview. Before that should entirely be based on the strength of your application.

It is against the equality act to discriminate applications based on age and you do not need to provide this information prior.
