I am an early career researcher who just finished their PhD. I work part time at a university teaching, getting experience for a full time job. Universities have not yet let us know about our futures and I worry because it doesn't just mean I am unemployed but that I don't have access to the software and journals as these are paid for by unis. We need funding and support for our jobs as without it it is immensely hard to get started in a career in academia.I have seriously thought about quitting
