Consider impact on health care for non-Covid conditions

How will Government address the immediate short term impact of people not presenting with other non-Covid health conditions? Will deaths from other non-covid conditions rise the longer lockdown continues? Seeing a 40% reduction in cases being presented. Similarly, seen deaths not related to Covid going up, heart disease. Not sure if people do not want to take up a place or fear of catching Covid. Lung disease, cancer- are we expecting a surge in cases and is the NHS prepared for this? What more can be done? Access to health services - number of people presenting for things like cancer has reduced we need to make sure that people are able to present themselves. Not going to have people vaccinated until the end of the year. Are we expecting to have people not presenting until then?
