SG should tackle barriers to remote learning beyond digital access. Access to digital devices is not the only barrier to engagement with remote learning. Language barriers and young people's home environment and family structure all need considered and addressed. There are also issues when children' s parents have a language barrier as they maybe ne unable to help and support their learning. Just having the resources doesn't guarantee engagement in remote learning. Family structures are often more important as they can support them.
