Abandon the Scottish Parliament List MSP system. This is misused by all the major parties and also results in minority niche parties having a disproportionate amount of power, despite no specific individual being elected. We have seen numerous examples of MSPs who have lost their seats immediately walking back into Holyrood 'on the list'. Apparently I am not allowed to name a specific MSP who was rejected from their seat by the electorate years ago and yet has spent the last decade 'on the list', bit we all know who it is. Scrap the list. Every MSP should be accountable to the electorate.
