Remove all the Spaces for people measures and cycle lanes introduced to combat the Covid pandemic. They are slowing up traffic flow, causing congestion resulting in increased pollution, adversely affecting urban and city centre businesses and hindering the progress of blue light emergency services as well as causing confusion to those with disabilities.
