mitigating the bedroom tax means that folk like myself, a family of seven sharing a three bedroom house whilst neighbours have 2 spare bedrooms/offices/playrooms. The affects of this on children is longlasting and damaging. Mitigating the bedroom tax for more than two bedrooms has caused this problem.
