The full powers of any normal independent nation are crucial to Scotland's economic recovery from the pandemic. We need to invest in our public services and build a more resilient health and social care sector. To do that, we need the power to borrow, control all tax and manage our budget. We cannot afford for things go back to 'normal'. We can choose a better future.
