Scotland’s natural heritage is in danger, with many species threatened by extinction from the UK, and our current world is already poorer in nature than it should be. This is as a result of habitat destruction, agriculture and fishing intensification, invasive non-native species like Rhododendron, pollution and climate change. We must overhaul how we use our land and seas to ensure that future generations like my three-year-old can grow up in a world rich in nature.
