NHS Scot Religious education

Religion: education on how minority religions intersect with medicine could be helpful. Particularly Islam, as there are approximately 77,000 census-declared Muslims living in Scotland. I am not Muslim but I do cover my head as part of my faith and have myself witnessed ignorance by health professionals regarding my headscarf and modesty. Many Muslims have also written felt that they were frowned upon and shut down down by professionals when requesting accommodations in NHS hospitals.
