Increase jobs/services in nhs mental health

Currently there are many people (particularly recent graduates) vying for few placements in nhs mental health roles. More investment should be made in expanding these services, for example by opening more Children and adolescent mental health (CAMHS) locations and adult services locations. In some regions hundreds of thousands of people, spread across many different towns/villages are given only one service to go to, creating massive waiting lists and requiring people in more rural locations to travel far and with difficulty due to limited transport options. Mental health has taken a big hit due to Covid as well, and the full extent of this may still not be uncovered.
