Urgently needed is a proposed Constitution for an Independent Scotland. This may need to be minimal in nature, in order to have something to 'run with' initially, pending democratic changes to be put to the people of Scotland after Independence. References to the opening lines of the Declaration of Arbroath and the USA Constitution whilst leaving out any complex and parts which some could not live with would be very acceptable to many, I am sure.
