Land Owners benificiaries need to be clear and defined. No ownership of land by non-residents of Scotalnd. No land ownership by Trust funds/Family Charities/Family Educational Trusts etc where personal beneficiiaries are hdden behind complex legal frameworks. Where land owner[s] cannot be identified, such land to become the property of ScotGov in consultation with local community. Crown Estates, including those owned offshore, to become the property of ScotParly with no sell off EVER to private owners. These articles to come into place within 5 years of Independence.
