Create an effective graduate programme for 2020 graduates as they have been caught up in the worst part of the pandemic - finalising their studies and sitting exams at the height of it. 2020/21 School and college leavers have been given priority but uni graduates have been sidelined, many of them are still without jobs or are working in basic admin & retail roles rather than following a career path their education prepared them for. A programme should be designed to take account of the conditions from 2020 - more inclusive of 2:2 to recognise the pressures they worked under so may not have achieved the standards they had hoped to gain.
