escalating domestic abuse

escalating domestic abuse

There should be a national register for those convicted of domestic abuse, minimum jail time, and tougher custodial sentences for repeat offenders. All police officers should be trained to spot escalating domestic abuse and their national IT systems should automatically record and flag repeat offending. More must be done to address this epidemic of violence against women.
