Not Every Disability is Visible

Not Every Disability is Visible

All accessible toilets, whether in private or public buildings, should recognise that not all conditions and disabilities are visible and display Not Every Disability is Visible signage Access to free public and accessible toilets is essential to work, leisure, education and travel for when urgent and frequent diarrhoea is a clinically recognised symptom of your condition and for people with other hidden disabilities. Provision of public toilet facilities across Scotland should be prioritised and enhanced through the active promotion of local authority and local provider partnership schemes and Local Authorities should be required to provide easily accessible up to date information on the availability of public toilets in their area
