Allow constituents to instruct MSP's on their vote wishes

MSP's are meant to represent their constituents and work for them. To allow this to happen they should be able to be instructed by constituents on how to vote on any issue, not to be told how to vote by a party that in most cases does not represent the majority of constituents. In this digital age when banking and HMRC are relatively secure it should not be beyond IT professionals to allow votes to be totalled and presented to an MSP giving instructions. Make politicians more accountable and instructed by their constituents and employers.
