Radical re-education of the wider public, supported by strong measures upon all businesses to phase out plastic use, grant assistance to install solar panels and domestic or community wind generators, incentives to scrap non-electric vehicles, provide green public transport, subsidise EV's, plant millions of indigenous trees, ban fish farms. Yes, it will cost money, but wether the money has to be stolen, borrowed, printed or blackmailed matters not in the end. I firmly believe we are sleepwalking to annihilation.
