Adopt Central European Time as part of Independence

As part of Independence we should move to Central European Time to reflect our future aspirations as a European country, and drop any reference to Greenwich or British Standards. Logically, we should be in the same time Zone as Spain, France, Germany, Norway (CET) as we are at approx the same longitude, although some people would favour CET --1 as it would keep in line with Westminster times, as well as wasting energy turning the lights on an hour early whilst allowing a higher road accident rate and lower mental health outcomes.
