Ban China from selling non refundable goods

Several companies in China are running a scam by advertising on Facebook where they sell products to us Scots, then send us the wrong product or the wrong size, or a very inferior product. When the customer asks to return the product for a refund then the Chinese company suggests a 10% refund and for the customer to keep the product on the basis that the cost of tax on returning it to China would be prohibitively high. It’s actually just a scam that need Scottish Legislation to ban those companies.
