Electricity demand increasing and set to do so significantly in future eg electric cars, bitcoin, greater use of technology. Renewables providing valuable source but cannot satisfy demand even with some improvements in energy efficiency? Are we just set to import from England, we used to be net exporters. There is no sustainable strategy, we need one soon. How can we set timescales for phasing out petrol and diesel cars without this (and all the other infrastructure, another key challenge). Fundamental to life and our economy so please some progress needed.
