I am horrified by the increase in sexism across society. From an increase in stereotyping to an increase in pornification. This is seriously harming girls and women. My ideas include a focus on sex-based rights whilst remaining kind to others, a focus on investigating perpetrators rather than victims/survivors; imporving education on domestic abuse; recognition that same sex attraction is an unassailable human right (I can't quite believe I need to state this in 2021, but apparently I do); greater investment in positive recruitment attraction strategies AND positive retention strategies, esp in STEM, at board level, etc across ALL protected characteristics, including transgender AND biological sex, as well as disability, ethnicity, religion, etc.
