ADR in society has been promoted as "Access to Justice" when in fact it does the opposite "Access from justice" by doing access to compromise. Justice and Compromise are not the same thing and ADR removes a case from the direct path of justice to the private domain. ADR should be removed from all public domain institutions including the courts because it removes the case/issues from the public domain to the private domain and gags the issues, ie coverups.
