The network could have a vegetable garden and grow some of our own food, on or near parliament ground How can this help reduce the Parliament’s environmental impact and embrace sustainability? The network could run a garden and staff can learn about growing food. Some of the food can be used by the canteen, for example potatoes, onions, garlic, salad leaves etc or staff can bring produce home. Organic, locally produced, cheap and teaches people how to grow their own.
