Disabled Adult Day Resource Centres

Disabled Adult Day Resource Centres

In East Dunbartonshire Adult Disability Day Resource Centres are still working at level 3, yet the whole of Scotland is at level 0. As a disabled parent of a profoundly disabled 21 year old woman (I also care for a 91 year old parent with leukaemia and severe heart failure) I would like to know when my daughter will be able to get her assessed 5 days a week support at her Resource Centre? Carers have been left to cope with all the extra hours of caring during the pandemic and seem to have been forgotten about by both the Councils and the Scottish Government. Our young adults are not receiving assessed support yet no information has been forthcoming from Council or Scot Gov Yet Schools including ASN schools, festivals, etc opened.
