In England they offered an online booking system for both vaccinations. It seemed efficient and the system has offered a vaccine certification. in Scotland are we using post only, 3 pages of paper including public transport vouchers -which most people haven’t used- but crucially has no instructions on retaining the paper which has key information to obtain a certificate? We then rely on a telephone service to get the information we need and questions for that are lengthy ? Who’s idea was this and why was it chosen?
