When will Scot Gov update the COVID-19 symptom list?

The Scottish Government website and NHS inform highlight "the big 3" symptoms of Covid-19. Unfortunately the Delta Variant has changed the landscape significantly and presents with many more symptoms such as runny nose, sore throat, nausea, GI issues and headaches. The CDC in the USA has updated their symptom list which is used by the US Government. It has become very clear to us at Long Covid Kids that many parents are simply unaware of Delta Variant symptoms and so are not teating their children and teens. This not only skews the Scottish case data but also makes it incredibly difficult for children to access healthcare services for Long Covid should they need it. The lack of a positive PCR lab result is the biggest barrier to treatment
