Are we doing enough to address the problem of infected air?

In her expert evidence to the Irish Joint Oireachtas Committee on Health (May 2021), Orla Hegarty proposed "a ‘third way’ that steers a scientific course between lockdown and uncontrolled spread". This approach recognises that vaccines alone will be insufficient to end the pandemic and focuses on a more preventative approach by addressing buildings & indoor air conditions. What lessons have been learned in relation to Covid-19 & buildings in Scotland & do the Committee and the Scottish Government believe we are doing enough to address the problem of infected air indoors? https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/publications/?committee%5B0%5D=%2Fen%2Fcommittees%2F33%2Fhealth%2F&topic%5B0%5D=correspondence&topic%5B1%5D=opening-statements-submissions
