Access for people with English as a second language

Provide access and support to pursue interest in Parliament for those with English as a second language. Encourage people to learn the language, so that people do not feel isolated. buddy system of people from the same community/languages, so that they can help people access the Parliament.

Points

Making sure people know the language be entering the country would be a help on resources as this costs money and if they can't speak English then no employment which means they live on benefits
