Form a mini Public to discuss MSP code of conduct

Form a mini Public to discuss MSP code of conduct

From the beginning a barrier to more engagement has been a lack of trust between the public and parliament/government. There seems to be a disconnection from what the public deem ethically appropriate and what MSPs see. MSPs are elected by the public to advocate for them and should be held more accountable to them not just at general elections. The codes of conduct appear vague with little mention of truth, honesty, integrity or of setting an example to others.
