It’s frustrating not being able to access appointments in a different health board even when you live closer to a hospital in a different area. I need to travel through a different health board area and back out again to get to my appointment when there is a hospital closer to me I could get to quicker but it’s in a neighbouring health board area. This idea was shared at the TPAS annual conference.
