Dear Cabinet Secretary. Please could you update on your plans to reopen the Independent Living Fund (ILF) 2015 fund? The Government have been committed to this since 2014 but there doesn't seem to have been any progress beyond a vague "commitment subject to affordability". To be honest it feels like there is plenty of money for plenty of things except for support with independent living for disabled people. It would be good to see some real progress and a timescale.
